ILIAA grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of ILIAA. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any products, product listings, descriptions or prices; any derivative use of this site or its content, any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another person or business; or any use of data mining, robots or any similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of ILIAA. My Account
If you sign up as a member of ILIAA’s monthly subscription program, you are responsible for maintaining your account, including the password and for restricting access to your computer to ensure confidentiality and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Only individuals over the age of 18 may sign up as members of ILIAA’s subscription service. ILIAA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Email and Electronic Communication
If you contact ILIAA via email or any forms on the ILIAA website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided “as is” and ILIAA disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied. ILIAA makes no warranties that this website will be free from errors or that access to the website will be uninterrupted and continuous. You download or obtain information from this website at your own discretion and risk.
In no event will ILIAA be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interuption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to ILIAA under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. ILIAA shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Applicable Law
By visiting ILIAA you agree that the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to principals or conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ILIAA.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILIAA, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from or relating in any way to your visit to ILIAA or to products or services sold or distributed by ILIAA shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in the County of Fulton, State of Georgia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Modification and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Subscription Products
ILIAA offers its training and marketing materials as a subscription service. Memberships are sold pursuant to a month to month contract. Within the first thirty days of your membership, refunds will be provided upon request and your membership and all access to ILIAA’s service will be cancelled. After your initial thirty day membership period, your account can be cancelled with a thirty day notice and no refunds will be given.
REFUND POLICY
Within the first thirty days of your membership, ILIAA will grant refunds for one month’s subscription fee ($1.00) upon request. Upon cancellation, your membership and all access to ILIAA’s services and training will be cancelled. After your initial thirty day membership period, (thirty days from your date of sign up) no refunds will be given.
Privacy Policies
ILIAA recognizes that your privacy and the protection of your personal information is important to you. This statement is intended to disclose how ILIAA uses and attempts to protect your personal information while using the ILIAA website.
Members who subscribe to ILIAA’s monthly training and marketing materials are required to create a user name and password in order to access portions of the ILIAA website that are relevant to the material they have purchased. By using the ILIAA website, members agree that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and consent to the data collection practices described herein.
Collection of Information By ILIAA
ILIAA Members and to allow existing Members to access areas of the website they have purchased access to. In order to subscribe to ILIAA’s services, Members will be asked to provide personal information that will be maintained in a profile controlled by the user. You can update and change your information at any time via your member profile.
New members will be requested to provide their name, address, phone number, email address, company, referral source (if any), as well current credit card or debit card information that is necessary for payment, in order to subscribe to available services.
Existing members will be required to provide a user name and a password in order to access the Members Area of the website.
Authorized employees and agents of ILIAA can access your name, user name, address, phone number, company name and email address, which is stored in a directory of all ILIAA members.
Other personal information, including financial information, are maintained on ILIAA’s merchant account with Network Merchants 1. This information can be accessed by ILIAA’s IT personnel, authorized agents and customer service team.
How ILIAA Uses Your Personal Information
ILIAA will not, under any circumstances, sell, rent or otherwise disclose your information to third parties without your prior consent.
ILIAA uses your personal information for the operation and maintenance of your ILIAA account and to provide any product or service which you have purchased. For example, ILIAA uses your user name and password to allow you access to the appropriate area of the ILIAA website. ILIAA allows Client Care to access your user name and password to provide assistance with your account if needed.
ILIAA may also send you e-mails about events or products that ILIAA offers or makes available, or other issues deemed relevant by ILIAA. These periodic e-mails are considered essential to the provision of the service you have requested.
General Disclosure of Personal Information by ILIAA
Your personal information will only be shared with authorized employees of ILIAA for the purpose of providing you with services you have purchased. In general, unless you authorize ILIAA to share your information with third parties, you information will never be accessed by someone who is not employed by ILIAA.
ILIAA may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ILIAA, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of ILIAA Members or the public.
Cookie Usage
Cookies are a very small text file that can be saved to the hard drive of your computer to store information you provide to a website. ILIAA does allow, but does not require, the use of a cookie to contribute to your sign in experience. This cookie allows your username to auto populate so that you only have to enter your password when you log into the website.
ILIAA Partnerships and Affiliate Relationships
From time to time, ILIAA may recommend products, websites, or services that, if you purchase them, will provide financial compensation to ILIAA in the form of an affiliate payment. Recommendations from ILIAA do not necessary entail a financial relationship, and no recommendations will be made for any company based solely on a financial relationship, implied or real. At no time will any information you provide to any third party company be shared with ILIAA, nor will ILIAA ever share your information with any partner company.
